1. About Tri-Tix
Tri-Tix is an online ticketing platform operated by TRIMAJESTIC CONSULTANCY (202603010742) that connects event organizers with ticket buyers. By using our platform, you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering or making a purchase. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
3. Ticket Purchases
All ticket purchases are final and binding upon confirmation. Tickets are issued for the specific event, date, and time stated. Tri-Tix acts as the ticketing agent — the event organizer is responsible for the event itself, including content, scheduling, and cancellations.
4. Payment & Fees
Ticket prices are set by event organizers. Tri-Tix may apply a platform service fee on top of the ticket price, which will be clearly displayed before checkout. All payments are processed securely through our payment gateway partners.
5. Event Cancellation & Changes
In the event of cancellation or significant changes to an event by the organizer, Tri-Tix will notify affected ticket holders. Refund eligibility is subject to our Refund Policy and the event organizer's terms.
6. Prohibited Use
You may not use Tri-Tix to purchase tickets for resale at a higher price (scalping), use automated systems to purchase tickets, or engage in any fraudulent activity. Violation may result in account termination and cancellation of orders.
7. Limitation of Liability
Tri-Tix is not liable for the actions of event organizers, event cancellations, changes to event details, or any loss or damage arising from attending an event. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the tickets in question.
8. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
